Editor's Note: Originally published in The Sun For years, students choosing to enroll at Goucher College have received a promise from the school's administration -- four years of on-campus housing, guaranteed. But this month, as 160 sophomores and juniors were set to pick their dorm rooms for the fall, they unexpectedly learned they wouldn't be able to live on campus after all.

The Quindecim has been granted regular access to information about sexual misconduct and violations of the Code of Conduct and the Academic Honor Code. The Q has also been granted access to information about rulings and sanctions given as a result of these violations.

Turning televisions to channel 11 - what used to be the Goucher channel - elicits little more than a blank screen. No shows or movies air on it anymore. Instead, all you can see on it are free internet videos from YouTube or academic conferences. Soon, more may be available for students to watch.

On April 16, 14 Goucher community members came to remember the worst school shooting in American history. Originally, organizers planned to stage a "lie in," where students would lie down on the ground as a physical demonstration of the deaths. They planned to involve 33 people so the shooter, Seung-Hui Cho, would be included.
